The House moved down the calendar to consider the following:                                        
                                                                                                    
     SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 28                                                            
     Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of                                 
     the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 459,                                   
     relating to optically scanned and electronically generated ballots.                            
                                                                                                    
The question being:  "Shall SCR 28 pass the House?"  The roll was
